I loathe marinas

i have been around big boats for around 6 years now and marinas about the same i have been around motorcycles people and aviation sense birth and i am going to say i have road with some the worst gangsters the motorcycle world has to offer but the boat people and marinas are the lying est people i have ever met the power is never adequate and when something blows out yes they blame on your boat and guess what it cost you i have seen tvs blow up inverter fry whip ends burn but they blame it all on your boat and lets not forget about the rates going up when you get good and settled start making friends and they are watching and believe me they are watching then they hit you with more monthly charge now lets talk about boat slips i have seen boats slips that they are asking $300 month and not worth $100 why is it your responsible to have money come out of your pocket to upgrade there electric for your boat i cannot understand this it is like going to a steak house and buying a chief a stove to cook your steak or a mechanic that you are paying to fix your car and buying him tools what is this deposit thing are we going to scratch the piling and watch the quick pitch run if you can also deposit watch for that, so lets look for things to run from 1 quick pitch, 2 deposit, 3 elect upgrade, 4 slip upgrade, 5 lease, 6 bbq pits this is a big one ask but put in writing, 7 pets, and last depth all above run if possible and i mean that. you are a boat owner you are paying for a service and these marina should honor that my personal opinion is that if i cannot see my rudder it is not worth $100 a month thanks billy rosenthal
